Mentorship
New SBMAA Mentorship Program, in conjunction with Burhani Medical Idara
We are proud to introduce the new SBMAA mentorship program, in partnership with Burhani Medical Idara (BMI). The program is aimed at pairing all health profession students (medical, dentristry, PA, pharmacy and others) with mentors who will formally guide and advice their matched students. We aim to leverage our vast and diverse community of professionals to help students through their training, and to strengthen our bonds as SBMAA members in service of our community.
Guidance regarding raza and araz related matters will also be available.
Application Review
The application review program is for students applying to medical, PA, dental schools, residencies, or other health programs, who would like input regarding strategies to improve their applications. Services offered include personal statement review, full application review, and mock interviews. Health professionals with relevant academic backgrounds will review applications and issue recommendations.
