TASNEEM BEN M. RAJA, DAOM DIPL CH, DIPL AC. LAC.

Dr. Tasneem M. Raja DAOM is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with a specialization in Gynecology. She has had a private practice in Katy, Texas since 2001. Her education began with her Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta in Canada and continued her education by receiving both her Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and then her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Houston, Texas.
She is the owner of Katy Acupuncture and Herbal Care, PLLC, and co-founder of SMB Organics, LLC. She is one of a few acupuncturists in Texas that hold a doctorate in Acupuncture with a focus on Gynecology. Her clinic treats many different conditions, the top 3 conditions being pain management, infertility, and anxiety and depression.
Dr. Raja will host several 60 minutes sessions throughout the conference. During these sessions, she will do stress management acupuncture and share the benefits of acupuncture for understanding how acupuncture and Chinese medicine can be used to help patients in a clinical setting. She will also demonstrate some of the techniques she uses to treat her patients.

FATEMA BEN TURABI OTR NDT

Fatema Turabi graduated from Nagpur Medical College Occupational Therapy School in 1974. After further training at George Washington University, she began her career at a community health center in Washington DC. Over the years, she has worked in various community and private practice settings with both children and adults, treating conditions such as cerebral palsy, developmental delay in children, as well as stroke paralysis, and pain management in adults. She also does lymphatic drainage. She currently enjoys spending her time working from home on a voluntary basis to help mumineen in her community.
Fatema bhen maintains her license in her primary specialty of NDT (Neurodevelopmental Therapy) as well as continuing education courses in pain management, exercise therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, acupressure, cupping, and yoga. Fatema bhen will host several 1 hours sessions throughout the conference. During the session, she is happy to discuss any pain-related issues and consult on and/or perform therapeutic techniques based on her expertise.
